The Renegade Chef.

after 32 years of marriage he's getting divorced next month. four years ago he and his wife opened up a restaurant down the road and named it after their daughter. "ESPIRITA" or something equally obscure. i asked him why the restaurant was named after his daughter. he said it was because she was central to their marriagee. i asked him what his daughter thought of the divorce and he said she doesnt care. i (didn't believe him) asked what they were doing when he told her and he said they were washing dishes.

coincidentally enough, he left me up on some high peak and i didnt see a goddam car for at least two hours. he seemed nice at first, but now i think he's kind of a bastard, despite the fact that he was nice enough to give me a lift. i think i was just an icon for him.
